Doctor :   Hi.
Doctor :   How can I help you?
User :   I am suffering from leg pain(Its only in the left
leg) from last 2 years. The pain is not across all leg but its limited
to thread like area in thigh and calf. Last few months I am having a
intermittant pain in the left thigh(only limited to left thigh) which
lasts for around 30-45 sec. This pain (can be camparable to muscle
cramp)is very strong. I consulted a Ortho he prescribed me
Gabapentine+mehtylcobalamine-Once daily). The intermittant pain in the
thigh is now less frequent (reduced by 80%) but still have 4-5
episodes daily and he pain is equally strong. Also the thread like
pain in left leg is persistant. Also feel weakening of lef leg
comapred to right leg.
MRI(Multipolar, multiecho MR of the lumbar spine) was performed-STIR
coronal images through bilaterla SI joints and screening sagittal
images through the cervico dorsaal spine were alos obtained, as per
