User :   yesterday i woke up with intense pain in my calves, both left and right. the pain continued all day, very sore, feels like poor circulation etc and this morning the pain has continued but mainly in my right calf

User :   I seen a GP today and they didnt thin anything of it and said I must have had a back cramp in my sleep (but did not wake up) however I can barely walk properly it hurts so much
