User :   Can somebody with stomach cancer take ibuprofen or other NSAIDs?
Doctor :   No you can only take them under supervision as they disturb the lining of the stomach
User :   So if somebody in hospital has stomach cancer, they shouldn't be given ibuprofen for their pain?
Doctor :   under medical supervision its ok
Doctor :   as the patient is it the hospital, so the dosage is monitored
User :   What about if they were in the community, under the suppervision of a district nurse, would that be OK as well?
Doctor :   yes as they are qualified too
User :   In theory, the ibuprofen wouldn't have an adverse affect, if the does was monitored by a proffessional? Have I got that right?
