User :   I have recently joined my job

User :   it has been 3 months now
User :   but i don't get sleep in night
User :   even if i get sleep i wake up suddenly

User :   i feel tired very early nowadays if i have to do some physical activity
User :   i have stopped going to GYM which i use to go regularly for last 2 years
Doctor :   There are many reasons of disturbed sleep as stress, work overload, less eaercise etc
Doctor :   Excess tea, coffee also reduces sleep.
User :   i don't have tea coffee

User :   honestly speaking i really don't know what i am stressed about

User :   i was at home for last 1 and half year. After that i got the job. But i joined it just to satisfy my financial need. But my job is not that bad also
Doctor :   Ok, I will tell you some simple tips: 1) Eat fruits like banana, green veggies and salads.
Doctor :   2)Take a glass of hot milk before going to bed.
User :   i don't like plain mil
Doctor :   3) Do not sleep immediately after having dinner.
Doctor :   You can add some bournvita or coffee to milk
Doctor :   4)Do some form of exercis or yoga daily.
Doctor :   5) Before going to bed dip your feet in warm water for 10 to 15 minutes.
Doctor :   6)Maintain balance between your work and personal life.
Doctor :   Do not take unnecessary stress. Try to be satisfied with your work and job. If not satisfied keep on looking for another job.
Doctor :   7)If you do not want to have milk take 1 tbsp of honey in a glass of water and drink it.

Doctor :   8)Grind some fried cumin seeds to a fine powder and mix them with ripe banana, it helps in sleeping well
Doctor :   9)Enjoy your leisure time with your family and friends and relax.
Doctor :   10)Controlled breathing is a great help in inducing sleep. The method is to lie on your side in bed and then take three deep breaths expanding the abdomen completely. Then hold your breath as long as you can. Next, take three more breaths and repeat the breath-holding. This induces good sleep.
