User :   Hi,My mother is suffering from Insomnia from decades, It's really difficult to my mother get few hours of quality sleep at night. We tried all the treatments , different doctors, for no cure. Please suggest me.

1)take a good bath before you sleep try not to over do it .
have good body massage go for a total body massage

Doctor :   3)Use the bed only to sleep at night, don't lie on the bed during day time
