User :   Hi Dr..My Self AAAAAAA .My age is 28..I am Unable to Sleepling Properly..I Worked a lot for Beeter Sleeping but even then i m not feeling Sleepy..daily i Go to Sleep at 11.00 but in the mid night i wake up so many times..pls help

User :   No i am not taking any medicines.

User :   Daily i Go to Sleep at 11.00 PM..if i m not feeling sleepy at that time even then i go to bed at 11.00 PM For sleep..after 1 or 2 Hrs..I wake up 2-3 times in the mid night.

User :   And i awake up at 7 or 7.30 Am Daily..Even if sleep in Weekend at latengt..
Doctor :   I think your duration of sleep is ok. It should be at least 6 hours of sleep in day.
User :   But i not feeling Fresh when i awake up..i m feeling too tired..Not Feeling Energetic
User :   and i m not sleeping continue in night..i have told you that in the midnight my sleeping is Broked 7 after that..i am unable to sleep..

Doctor :   Make sure that you are sleeping in a quite dark room.
Doctor :   Make sure that you are comfortable in your bed.
User :   Yeah..i am Sleeping in Quite dark Room..and i m comfort in my bed..even then i m suffering this problem.
Doctor :   Use soft mattress and pillows. Do not play loud music while sleeping.
Doctor :   Try doing meditation for 10 minutes before going to sleep.
User :   Yeah..i m not listening music while sleeping not watching TV & i sleep on a very soft Mattress...
