User :   i am 34 weeks pregnant i need to travel by train for 48 hours , my mom will be with me on the train , what precatution should i take while travelling ?
Doctor :   first of all
Doctor :   dont eat any stuff prepared on the train
User :   ok
Doctor :   as it can be infected and can cause GI problems like nausea, etc
Doctor :   also drink pakaged water
User :   ok
Doctor :   avoid situations where there can be jerks and severe stress ful situations
Doctor :   avoid, any injury or falls, while on the train,

Doctor :   try to get a lower seat
User :   anything that i should carry with me
Doctor :   if possible keep some Omez 20 mg PILLS as these could be used in case of acidity etc
User :   my travel date is 10 days later when i will be 35 weeks
Doctor :   other than these there are no more precautions
Doctor :   but it was ideal ,if you could post pone the travel until after the pregnancy, as situations in the indian railways, are not that good
