User :   I have been dealing with some pretty painful stomach problems for a while and finally went to see a doctor recently

User :   I found out that my colon is inflamed and am still no closer to finding out why my stomach hurts and it cramps and then it is also really upset all the time its frustrating I don't feel like I am getting anywhere

User :   I have had the stomach problems for years but it recently started up with the cramping and the upset stomach to the point that I can't really handle it

User :   A c.t. scan which indicated inflamation of my colon, and blood work that came back negative for anything

It is recommended vegetables and fruits like cabbage, cauliflower, carrot, potato, pumpkin, gourd, banana, papaya and water melon as Ulcerative Colitis Diet.

Doctor :   Eat nutritious and high fiber foods like whole grain breads, low-fat dairy products, lean meats, vegetables and fruits.
