User :   I have a cough that doesnt go away

User :   my ears are stopped up

User :   no nose is congested but nothing comes out
User :   my throat isnt soar or anything and the infection seems to be coming from my chest

User :   i have taken all types of over the counter medicine and nothing helps... what should i do.... the cough is sometimes so intense i get a headache
