User:My son is six months old
User:and is on external feeds since last 2 months
User:today he seems to be passing slightly watery motion
User:around 3 times since morning
User:yesterday i had given him porridge made out of wheat flour
User:could this be the reason
Doctor:yes any change or new foods can cause such things
Doctor:and there no need to panic
Doctor:just give in little quantity along with old food
Doctor:just do not finish the feed only with new food
Doctor:Any new introduction of food can cause this change in stool
