User :   In my stomach one side only pain is coming

User :   Ya its coming only while sleeping side way. that time i will change then it will solve. its light pain only

Doctor :   Your symptoms are not consistent with any serious medical illness.
Doctor :   It probably could be one of the following 3 conditions

Doctor :   1. Indigestion
Doctor :   2. Muscular pain

Doctor :   3. Somatic pain secondary to psychogenic factors
Doctor :   The last is a possibility if you have associated symptoms such as lack of sleep, stress, anxiety and other factors.
Doctor :   These 3 conditions are not serious concern and do not need any specific treatment. The measures that you need to follow are
Doctor :   1. Regular eating habits,

Doctor :   2. Avoid spicy food, caffeine and beverages
Doctor :   3. Stop going to bed as soon as you finish your dinner, you need to have your dinner 2 hours before you get to the bed

User :   My stomach also increasing last two monthes onwards only

Doctor :   Other possible reasons for abdominal distension are medical conditions such as anemia, liver problems, renal problems or heart problems,

Doctor :   Exercises and proper diet will help you in treating the condition
