do i have a sugar or pre diabetic condition

Doctor :   Hi
Doctor :
Let me read it
Doctor :
Ok
Doctor :
May I know your age?
User :   28
Doctor :   Ok

Doctor :
This does not suggest a diabetic or a prediabetic status
Doctor :
Ok
User :   how should i respond
Doctor :
Ok
Doctor :
I shall explain you
Doctor :
the main reading of interest for me is after 2 hours of sweet intake
Doctor :
which was good
Doctor :
so the 228 reading is just a spike
Doctor :
and does not stay at that level for a long time
Doctor :
your body metabolism has brought it down
Doctor :
to a very good extent in a short time
Doctor :
which does suggest that as of now you should not worry of diabetes
User :   a normal person do not have diabatic meter 288 even eating too many chocolates
Doctor :   Yes it is quite possible to get spikes like that

Doctor :
as the body was yet to respond to high sugars
Doctor :
only when it crosses the limit
Doctor :
body shall start bringing it down
User :   my father ate it 2 chocolates and drank 1 full cold drink bottle but his meter read only 130
User :   is it my pancreas working slowly
Doctor :   Nothing like that

Doctor :
once it reaches high
Doctor :
then only balance mechanism starts
Doctor :
it is quite normal for anyone
User :   i feel strong carving for food sometimes when i do not eat for 5 hours is it ok
Doctor :   Ok

Doctor :
that is again
Doctor :
when your blood glucose levels drop down
Doctor :
your brains produces those cravings
User :   ok it means i can live normal life , last question my mother and nanny both were diabetic does this mean i should remain careful.
Doctor :   Yes

Doctor :
positive family history is a risk
Doctor :
so you should be screening regularly
Doctor :
once in 6 months
User :   can gym cut my risk
Doctor :
It does to some extent
Doctor :
as it can alter your metabolism
Doctor :
in a positive note
User :   what else can i do
Doctor :
Screening is the best thing
Doctor :
nothing more than that
Doctor :
dietary restriction does not have enough support
User :   thank you sir thanks a lot
Doctor :   Is there any thing else I can help you with?

User :   no thanks
Doctor :   Please fill the feedback form say done when done.
User :   done
