User :   ok hi
Doctor :   please proceed with your medical query
User :   umm i have been having problems with incontinence, i have been putting things in my ass for about 10yrs.
Doctor :   to help me understand your problem better, Please provide these details: Age, Gender, Location, Occupation, Marital status, Height and Weight.
User :   i am 27, single, 170cm tall, 65kg
Doctor :   Ok
Doctor :   Do you have fecal incontinence
Doctor :   or urinary incontinence or both
User :   fecal
Doctor :   Ok
Doctor :   Since when are you having this incontinence?
User :   umm started about 2yrs ago, progressively got worse
Doctor :   so are you not able to control the urge at all
User :   no
Doctor :   Have you seen a doctor or taken advice yet on this issue?
User :   no i have not
Doctor :   Ok May I know what are the different things that you used to put in your anal opening
User :   umm things like apples, oranges. but usually a butt plug - the one i have now is about 4inches wide
Doctor :   Ok what is the consistency of stools that you have?
Doctor :   Are you not able to hold the gas too?
User :   no, cannot hold gas
User :   umm stools are pretty normal
Doctor :   Can you tell me the approximate frequency of stools in a day or week
User :   umm maybe once a day
Doctor :   Ok
Doctor :   Do you have blood or undigested particles in the stool?
User :   no
Doctor :   DId the frequency or change in consistency noticed over the period of 2 years
User :   no
Doctor :   Ok listening to your history yet, I could think of few possible causes
Doctor :   for the incontinence you have
Doctor :   first one is the damage to anal sphincter which is like a door
User :   ok
Doctor :   prevent the stool and gas to leave from rectum
Doctor :   Do you use any medicines or laxatives oftten?
User :   nope
Doctor :   There are certain tests to be run on you to evaluate the cause and some reflexes to be performed
Doctor :   which will help to arrive at a particular cause
Doctor :   and the severity of symptoms
Doctor :   Right now once a day stool is not too severe
Doctor :   but it should be treated medically
Doctor :   immediately so that the conditon does not aggravate
Doctor :   Ok, Did you follow what I say?
User :   is the anal sphincter damaged because of the object size?
Doctor :   You need a physical examination by a proctologist
Doctor :   Yes it might be
Doctor :   because 4 inches is a large one?
Doctor :   Do not worry you shall be alright
Doctor :   but what you need is an immediate attention by a proctologist who can prescribe you certain medicines
Doctor :   after careful examintion and evaluation
User :   how large can the sphincter open?
Doctor :   Sphincter has large capacity to open, but large stretches makes them lax
Doctor :   one is internal and external
User :   so i have made it lax as i have stretched it to 4 inches?
Doctor :   sphincter
Doctor :   two sphincters at the anal opening
Doctor :   yes
Doctor :   the external sphincter is voluntary controlled
Doctor :   and if this is damaged the incontinence occurs
Doctor :   so you could have made it lax
Doctor :   Now I have few suggestions for you?
User :   ok
Doctor :   There are some steps that you can take to help minimize leakage of stool.
Doctor :   Avoid foods and drinks that may cause loose or more frequent stools.
Doctor :   which include dairy products, spicy foods, fatty or greasy foods, caffeinated beverages
User :   ok
Doctor :   and also sugar-free gum or candy, and alcohol.
Doctor :   I suggest you to eat smaller more frequent meals
Doctor :   because eating a large meal triggers the urge to have a bowel movement.
User :   ok
Doctor :   I strongly suggest you for a physical examination by proctologist who asks you for anal manometry tests, proctoscopy and Ultrasound possibly
User :   ok
Doctor :   Is there anything I can help you with?
User :   is the stretching permanent?
Doctor :   Stretching is permanent but it can be repaired too
Doctor :   More important is to reduce the embarrasing symptoms
Doctor :   Isn't it?
User :   so even if i stopped, my ass would not tighten up?
Doctor :   If you stop it nothing like it
Doctor :   It takes sometime for you to come to normal
Doctor :   But first let the doctor examine you the pressures that the sphincter can withhold
User :   i am embarressed though
Doctor :   You need not worry much but you should understand now that it is time for you stop the habit
Doctor :   and see a doctor
Doctor :   and things will get back to normalcy
User :   but i am embarrassed to show the doctor my loose ass, as i have caused it myself
User :   by inserting things
Doctor :   You need not, there are many people who do it and show up to the doctor
Doctor :   Good things with you are you presented early
Doctor :   and you now know that you have to stop
Doctor :   and you are in a position to get back to normal
Doctor :   It shows you have moved away from the chat, so I close the window. Please log in again if you need further medical advice.
