User:can i go for consuming only oats as breakfast & dinner and chappati for lunch

Doctor:First is dietary modification

User:please suggest me diet along with exercise

Doctor:The basic principles first
Doctor:first of all, eat every 2-3 hours
Doctor:second, dinner should be latest by 8:00 pm
Doctor:third, your dinner should be your lightest meal and your breakfast should be your heaviest meal
