User :   hey well im just curious as to what i can do in the situation im in

User :   my dad has fallen im not sure how i assume he fainted and he has got a slight cut on his head he was bleeding for about 10 seconds and thats it now hes alright
User :   i had kept ice in a towel on his head so far any thing else i should see to?
