User :   I do drink plenty of water, I think. My urine is generally a light yellow to clear color most of the time

Doctor :   1. diet rich in fibre helps for both constipation and diarrhea
Doctor :   its mainly green leafy veg like spinach, cabbage, cauliflower
Doctor :   2. reduce the fatty foods like cheese, butter, ghee, chocolates
Doctor :   3. reduce chicken and redmeat, fish is good but the oil and spice to be reduced inthat
Doctor :   4.drink plenty of fluids 4-5 lts
Doctor :   take friut juices, avoid carbonated drinks and alcohol
Doctor :   use robust banana, pomegarante, gauva
Doctor :   carrot, beans, radish and beet root are rich fiber foods
Doctor :   Try eating 6 small meals a day rather than 3 larger ones.
Doctor :   5. avoid laxatives
Doctor :   frequently, as they may weaken your intestines and can cause you dependency
