User :   Dr from 2 days i suddenly feel that my body temp is going down.
Doctor :   Did you measure your temperature?
User :   this happend for 15 min and then every thigh is normal

User :   during this course i also get some cold sweating

Doctor :   May I know when is the cold sweating usually present?

User :   It is only during that 15 min and usually in back neck area.

User :   usually after having dinner
User :   and then i feel that i need to go to bath room

User :   it stays only for 10 to 15 min,, and then every thing is normal..
User :   i was long treated for IBS too.

User :   not so spicy , usaully due to IBS i take home food..
Doctor :   After going through the description provided by you, I feel this is a normal entity of having low temperatures after sweating as due to sweating the heat is lost from the body

Doctor :   You need to consume lots of water as to keep yourself hydrated.
User :   ok , but why suddenly my body temp goes down..
Doctor :   Because of the sweating, it is not considered low, its in normal range and found in many people.
User :   can this be due to my stomach upset ( IBS )
Doctor :   It can be due to stomach upset but if you having spicy food as this causes sympathetic stimulation producing sweating.
Doctor :   So, please do not worry. and keep monitoring your temperature.

User :   doc, shall i get my stool examine?
User :   while i pass stool i feel so buring sens..
Doctor :   As you are already diagnosed as IBS, so the burning sensation could be possible but would suggest you to avoid spicy food totally for few days.
User :   normaly my wife says it is due to spicy food , may be which i consume in my office
Doctor :   Drink lots of water and fruit juices.
User :   or there be some other reason for the same..?
Doctor :   consume lots of green leafy vegetables and fruits.
Doctor :   Avoid spicy food totally for few days.
Doctor :   Citric juices needs to avoided.
User :   certric juice is ok, for shall i avoid them too?
