Doctor:If you are in pain now, my suggestion is that you need to visit a doctor and get yourself checked.
Doctor:If you aren't in pain now, you can include life style changes - sleep week, reduce spices from the diet, restrict coffee/tea , smoking (if any) and starts some form of exercise.
Doctor:In addition you can also try pantodac 40mg once a day for 2 weeks.
Doctor:These measures are helpful in treating gastritis.
Doctor:It may help in resolving your concerns if it is related to hyperacidity.
