User :   I am having a problem I got sneezing fits and last for several minutes
User :   and it may happen any time, while sitting in office or driving a car, or getting after night sleep
Doctor :   Since when do you have this problem ?
User :   from the age of 5-6
User :   I am bit overweight and due to that snezzing problem I got verneal hernia what I belive
User :   as the threshhold and the velocity if the wind coming out during sneeze is too high
User :   and that makes an impact at abdominal
User :   I am suffering from hypo thyroid

Doctor :   I mean for the hernia ?
User :   vernal hernia got operated but for sneezing I never been
User :   It got operated 1 year earlier

User :   yes
User :   I am on mediciens for last 9 months

User :   thyronorm 50 mg pill every day morning empty stomach
Doctor :   Ok, well there are no medications to avoid a sneeze fit other than antiallergics
User :   what kind of antiallergics
Doctor :   the antiallergics ones given in cold like cetrizine and Chlorphenaramine
User :   I guess the snezzing fit that I got is due to Histamine cauing excessively in the body, how to get that checked
User :   and to be sure whats the cause of the sneezing as I am having this problem now for 22 years
Doctor :   Well there are no tests for the same except by eosinophil count which release histamine during allergic reactions

Doctor :   it due to over sensitization to the histamin released during any kind of minor allergies
Doctor :   Chewing a sugar free slightly menthol or spearmint gum helps to stop sneezing fits.
User :   but what about if the cause of the sneezing is due to excess of Histamine in body
User :   I can't go for chewing gums as I have tooth problem
User :   my dentist say no to chewing gums
Doctor :   No , it could not be due to excess histamine in the body
Doctor :   the levels of histamin if more could lead to many other problems like respiratory and gastric hyperactivities

User :   due to nasal congestion I got irritation in my eyes as well
User :   and itching/burning sensation at corners of my eyes
User :   I got a lot of dark circles below my eyes and its look horrible at the age of 28
