User :   7-8 hrs work.
User :   i dnt strees out,,, very cool work only
User :   sleep-- generally 8-9hrs

User :   still i feel tired, sleepy
Doctor :   Now exercise, are you able to exercise for 1 hour daily

User :   that time i dnt feel tired, will be fresh
User :   after that 2-3hrs later. i feel
