User:hello..hw r u
Doctor:How can I help you?
Doctor:I am fine; thank you.
User:if you remember you told me to have a blood test as you found the symptoms to be of hyperthyroid..
User:do u?
User:high body temperature..headache..and weakness
Doctor:Yes, I remember your conversation. i had my blood tested for the same
User:and it says that T3 = 146.20, T4 = 8.53 & TSH = 2.25
User:what does that signify
Doctor:The values are under limits.
Doctor:This rules out the possibility of hyperthyroidism.
Doctor:Did you consult a doctor before getting the test?
User:no..because i studied the hyperthyroid online
User:and somewhere found you to be correct..
User:so i decided to get a blood test first, then i'll consult a doctr
Doctor:Right. Now since your blood tests are in limits, this excludes the possibility of hyperthyroid state.
Doctor:How are your symptoms now?
User:so what can be the other possibility
Doctor:Are the symptoms persisting?
User:symptoms are the same
User:high body temperature
Doctor:The other possibilities of shivering / tremors are anxiety, essential tremors, autonomic disturbances and rarely cortisol (hormone) disturbances.
User:also, i measured the temp. but it was around 98f
User:but i feel myself having fever...why is this so
Doctor:Anxiety, autonomic disturbances and cortisol disturbances are associated with other symptoms such as feeling warmth and sweating too.
User:two more doctors said the same
Doctor:Severe neck pain and essential tremors can explain only the shivering.
User:also that day i forgot to mention that i had a problem of low BP, but now it keeps normal..
User:those tremors in hands were felt for two days..
User:and as i already said..that whenever i am tensed or worried, i find myself unwell
User:generally get fever..or severe headache
Doctor:Blood pressure is known to vary with time. If you do not have any symptoms of dizziness / fainting, you need not be investigated.
User:i feel dizziness quite often..but never faint..
User:get a feeling of being fainted...but i manage myself to balance
Doctor:However from the outset, if you did have high thermometer reading; all these symptoms could be due to a possible systemic infection.
User:no..i always feel fever..but whenever i consult a doctor..he says i am not having fever..
User:but the feeling of getting warm & having a bitter taste is there..weakness is there
Doctor:Would you mind if I call you to discuss further?
Doctor:If you are ok with continuing the discussion by call, please confirm your phone number?
User:actually its time to leave right now..
User:so..will contact you afterwards
User:bye and thankyou so much
Doctor:You can place a get a call request and we can discuss further.
Doctor:Thanks for consulting me.
Doctor:Bye for now.
