User :   I just did a lipid profile test today.. I have been having higher than normal levels of triglycerides since many years

User :   my age is 37. and TG is 225 (normal range 30-220 mg/dl as per report)

User :   i was advised to be on medication for TG always... (my father died of heart attack at 55, my elder bro has been having high cholesterol...)

Doctor :   Ok But the medicines alone is not sufficient
User :   i was taking Rosivas 10... untill two weeks ago.. on and off for the last few months

User :   and have started to take two walnuts + 2 almonds everyday.. + 1 tea spoon of fenugreek (methi) powder in the morning

User :   i have been avoiding fried stuff... but give in to sweets

User :   thanks... apart from diet and excercise should i continue with rosivas 10 now or do you think i should be on any other medicine on a regular basis?
