Hello Doc, Good evening
i m 27 yrs old female. my height is 150cm & body weight is 66 kgs. i want to reduce weight to maintain a good BMI. Please help

High calorie foods are milk products like cheese, butter, ghee, cream, icecream, milk shakes, buffalo milk
Usually I take 2-3 chapaties in the breakfast and lunch with Tea or coffee. I take rice, dal & other seasonal vegetables in dinner time as i dont get time to cook food during day time.
In lunch you take just tea/coffee

i only take Broiler Chicken meat twice a month. Among fishes I take every kind of fish but just twice a month. I take approx. 6 eggs per week (both in boiled & cooked).
i try to include all types of seasonal vegetables in my vegetable list.
i donot have the habit of taking high calorie food stuffs like butter, ghee, cheese etc.
But I donot know why my body weight in increasing day by day. I m abit concerned and thus seeked ur help.
i m done doctor. now please tell me your suggestion
also need to avoid chocolates, sweets, some non veg dishes that may be high calorie
as per your opinion what r the other non veg dishes which contain high calorie?
Meats from which animal fat has not been removed
if it is increasing for no reason than it is better to get tested
As i already informed you doctor that except Chicken I donot take any other meat.

yes, doctor. I have both

my body pressure remains around 95/65.
I have little problem of gastric & headache.
Nothing more at present.
Is your weight gain mostly on the abdomen?
Yes, mainly in abdominal area and upper area of leg.

I was thinking that it may be a component of metabolic syndrome but things are mostly normal other than weight gain
Thus the best we can do is follow a planned diet
and regular exercise

In todays world lifestyles have become bad
very less activity and mostly sedentary life contribute to these issues
The diet continues to be same as in the past generations
shall I go for the Thyroid profile test once more along with blood sugar and blood count?

about 8 - 10 months back.

Are your menstrual periods regular?
Yes. usually it starts on the 28th day.
Sometimes it gets delayed by 2-3 days. but that happens once or twice in a year.
So weight gain is not related to female hormone abnormality
