User:i wanted to ask basic questions for healthy lifestylle

User:which would be better option, to go gyming early morning or in the evening

Doctor:As such there is not much difference. Though most people prefer to do exercise in the morning, there are more than handy numbers that do exercise at evening.

User:i am an IT professional

User:i dont have much physical exercise
User:i am planning to opt for it

Doctor:I suggest my patients to include one of these exercise along with other gyming for healthy life.

User:i am feeling body pain from couple of days
