User:I have been having an itchy scalp for weeks now, and it does not go with anti dandruff shampooos
User:there is this white deposit every morning at the crown of the head with bumps
Doctor:Is the dandruff dry or do you haev oily scalp?
User:not sute what to do
User:*sure, i have an oily scalp but using so much shampoo to keep it clean may be making it dry
Doctor:did you take any medication

User:not for this, i had used a shampoo last to last year
User:but it keep recurring some medicated shampoo
Doctor:Too much of chemical use can cause this
User:i stopped using all hair products no hair gel no oil no wax ,
User:jus shampoo everyday
