avoid eating foods like Idli, dosas, rice, biriyanis, etc for some time
what food u want me to take..
eat oat meals , ragi balls, chapathis instead
take the stairs instead, of the elevators
wake up early, and go to the gym and work outwith cardio exercises and treadmill, for about 1 hr daily
