Doctor :   HI,
Doctor :   Dr xxxx here
User :   hello im a 23 year old male from xxxxxxx
Doctor :   Please proceed
User :   ive been on here quite a bit of times so you should be able to see my past queries, but anyway I've been having this hot flush feeling in my left foot for about a week or more and its very bothersome, I'll be doing whatever and all the sudden i feel like somone is pooring warm water over my left foot more towards the side(inwards)
Doctor :   ok, i got your query , please give me a minute so that i can have glance on your previous chats
Doctor :   Ok , I see its a new health problem
User :   its like one thing after the other
Doctor :   Do you feel sensation of pins and needles over the affected area ?
Doctor :   Or numbness ?
User :   not really just a warm feeling and its been more frequent lately
User :   i get pins n needles once in a while but all over my body
Doctor :   Is it continuously or occasionally ?
Doctor :   Are you there ?
User :   what is continuous?
Doctor :   I mean is the problem al the time ?
Doctor :   persistent ?
User :   no im asking what problem? the pins n needles? or the foot warmth?
Doctor :   oh , i am sorry , i was asking about the warmth
User :   it comes and goes all day but has become more frequent
Doctor :   ok, i could think of a nerve affection , could be a Spinal cord or the peripheral nerve compression
Doctor :   Get a screening MRI of the spine and consult a neurologist
User :   well i dont know if you noticed but I have been complaining alot of neck pain
User :   sometimes the back of my neck will hurt alot depending on the position of my neck
Doctor :   could be related to the present problem, as the spinal cord is more prone to be compressed in the neck , as the spine there is under more strain than the rest
User :   i also have blurry vision in left eye
User :   went to opthamaoligst said everythings perfect
Doctor :   Ok, but i do not think thats anywher related to present problem
User :   what could that be?
User :   I got a CT scan of head 2 weeks ago and was told i have chronic sinusitis
Doctor :   sinusitis is a common problem , it could be causing headache and heaviness of the head , but not the blurring of vision or the present problem
User :   ok I see
Doctor :   sinusitis is the infection of the empty spaces in the skull not related to brain
User :   yea i understand that im just trying to find out whats wrong with my eye
User :   its more frequent in morning when i first wake up and itll get better throughout the day
Doctor :   May i know about what problem are you explaining now ?
User :   the blurry eye problem
Doctor :   What did the opthalmologist say ?
User :   he did a series of exams and said my eye was perfect but yet its blurry, i cant focus with my left eye
Doctor :   I think the blurrness is due to any kind of compression that falls on eye while sleepin
User :   yea thats what ive been thinking too I feel like all my problems are due to my sleeping habits i sleep in very odd positions and constantly wake up with my arms asleep
User :   and many times with sore neck
Doctor :   and that could also be a rare possibility of spinal cord compression
User :   i always have nerve pain in my faces too
User :   face*
Doctor :   Any way for the safe side get the Screening MRI of the spine
User :   Also another problem I have that no one seems to pay attention is that my neck like below my chin is sore for over a month now specially if i grab the skin near adams apple it hurts alot
Doctor :   Do you feel pain while swallowing ?
User :   not at all
Doctor :   Do you have dry cough ?
Doctor :   Or breathing difficulties, stridor ?
User :   yes but al my life ive had that and doctors attribute it to sinus
User :   and breathing no
Doctor :   yes, fair enough chances as there is a connecting tube between sinuses and the throat
User :   I do suffer from anxiety so sometimes i have shortness of breath
Doctor :   ok, anxiety breathlessness is very common
User :   but i always have this constant pain in left side of my neck, seems like every symptom i ever get is on left side of body
Doctor :   Get an MRI it will answer many of the questions, get back to me same time anyday with the report we ll have a discussion over it
User :   im waiting till january to get MRI thats when my insurance gets reinstated
Doctor :   ok, thats fine
Doctor :   if it gets worse it should be a emergency to get the scan
User :   they dont do MRI scans in ER
Doctor :   the do refer if needed
User :   i asked about that but no
Doctor :   oh, but when the problem gets worsened in short time you do need a emergency scan , and it will be available in tertiary hospitals
User :   yes i guess so but this is frustrating, its funny because i went through alot of neurological symptoms last year at same exact time (NOV-DEC) and had CT Scans, MRI of head and cervical spine and nothing
Doctor :   i mean super specialty hospitals
Doctor :   Did you get the MRI of the spine ?
User :   no just cervical spine and head
Doctor :   ok, get a screening MRI of the Spine that will help you and will be cheaper then regular MRI
User :   really?
Doctor :   yes,
User :   I want to request a full body MRI, is that possible? does it take long?
Doctor :   yes, only minutes
Doctor :   ask for screening MRI
User :   well since i have insurance in january i might as well do a full body mri
Doctor :   thats very good
User :   is that long?
Doctor :   no,
Doctor :   Thanks for consulting me , kindly provide your feedback
