User :   Hello?
User :   Hello. Last Sunday a friend and I were messing around and he punched me pretty good in the left side. This happened on Sunday, on Tuesday I started getting pretty bad pain on that side mostly towards the back but also in the front. It has been very sore over the last few days but if I am resting on my right side it is fine and advil seems to help. However, it is very painful like when I stand up or walk up stairs I feel it stretching and it hurts a lot.
User :   I have also been feeling like a popping when I breath in a little on that side or is I just place my finger in that area I can sometimes feel a popping or air bubble almost which I am thinking is muscular. I am not having any trouble urinating or anything no blood etc. I started on the same day Tuesday taking a very small dose of blood pressure medicine Lisinopril but I highly doubt this would be doing anything as it is only 2.5 mg very small and it hurts when I move and feels muscular. Should I be concerned and get an xray or just give it maybe another week to try and heal? I am starting a new job tomorrow and I would have to go to the ER in the evening which I know is going to be costly on my insurance etc. I have been thinking what are they going to be able to do anyway other than an xray and I don't see any signs of blood etc. but am a little worried if there is any internal things going on. Thanks for any advice
