User :   This July 31st I had a laparoscopic surgery for a rit ovarian cyst

User :   since thn i never had my periods...dnt know whats wrong?
Doctor :   Were your periods regular before? Since when did you have the cyst?
User :   Im also having temperature swings, bone and muscle pain, severe hair loss, appetite loss
User :   I used to have regular periods but was very painful..the cyst was 4.4cm
Doctor :   Since when are you having these symptoms?
Doctor :   As fever bone and muscle pain suggest infection
User :   b4 surgery i was givn duoluton for 2 cycles...thn was followed by meprate for 1 cycle bt both of thm dint work...bt hair loss had alrdy strted...i started gettn too many pimples as weell...whch i never used to have
User :   I start sweating all of a sudden
Doctor :   These are hormonal tablets and are given for hormonal disorders.
User :   and yes, i have severe gastric as well...

Doctor :   Side effects like acne and hair loss are common after this as hormonal alteration are common
Doctor :   Are you continuously having fever and other symptoms since then?
User :   i dnt have fever as such...bt joint pain is certainly there along with sudden change in my body temp
Doctor :   If the symptoms are present throughout then you need to get yourself examined and also need investigations like Blood Test to see if any infection is present.
User :   and nowadays I sleep a lot...still feel fatigue
User :   Ok
Doctor :   Also symptoms may be present after surgery for sometime but since it has been two months it needs to be evaluated.

User :   Yup...
User :   Doc, wud u suggest me ny mdcn or like coz im underweight as well
Doctor :   Do you want to know medicine for being underweight?
User :   im 41 kgs, age 26+ and height 5'2"
User :   no doc...
User :   i just suspect if i being undernutrition also causng the same issue
Doctor :   No cyst is never caused by being underweight, infact overweight causes it.
Doctor :   Also hormonal disturbances are the cause of it.
Doctor :   Since hormonal alterations are present they are to be treated.
Doctor :   Also get a repeat USG scan done again to see the cysts now.
