Doctor :   In the night if you take high protein diet you it will take some time to digest.
Doctor :   So you wont have an empty stomach in the morning to produce gastric juices.

Doctor :   Butter milk once in a while,not necessary,if you feel you have overeaten.
User :   so luke warm milk in the morning and butter milk at night
