User :   Hi Sir... My dad was hospitalised last month due to a sudden increase of diabetic levels and the doctors diagnosed him with "acute onset of ataxia,dysarthria, disorientation and visual filed defects". He has been discharged now and is at home...but not a position to walk by himself..swallowing food has also become a little difficult for this curable completely or will remain like this forever ??
