User :   I have problem of blood coming out form anal while passing motions I am cosulting one Dr I just wanted to have second opinion on it

User :   right now I am stopped taking non-veg and spicy food since problem started

User :   Right now I am consuming green vegitables, fruits, milk, rice only, But basically I like non-veg diat so after surgery also I need to continue with this diat?

Doctor :   green vegetables , fruits and whole grains are rich in fibre
Doctor :   its not needed that you cut down non veg
User :   Rearding constipation, when I start bleeding problem I and having lose stool and not hard ones, So still there is chance of constipation

Doctor :   loose stools and alternate constipation would indicate an inflammatory bowel disease hence doctor recommended colonoscopy
User :   Ok so normal clonoscopy report means I haven't had bowel didease

Doctor :   avoid coffe, tea
Doctor :   if you smoke or drink alcohol cut down completely
Doctor :   more often spicy food could also cause loose stools
User :   I stooped it now. Also from past exp. I made out that whenever I take spicy food I immediately stated with bleeding problem, like in morning I taken food and in evening it piles problem is so senetive?
Doctor :   piles may get aggravated if your diet is not good
Doctor :   the more the spicy food the more the difficulty
Doctor :   more than this , lack of physical activity is a main reason
User :   yes I have a job I sit on one position for long time

User :   I started with walk after dinner, I will increase physical activities now also I will start taking regular breaks from my sit,
User :   So If I take break after every 2 3 hours It will be ok ?

Doctor :   move around as much as you can at work
Doctor :   and exercise when not at work
Doctor :   for at least 30 to 45 mins a day
Doctor :   drink lot of water daily
User :   Yes So after surgary I can take little spicy food and non-veg?
Doctor :   yes you can consume in moderation
User :   before surgary should I go for another doctor opinion, To whom I can show colonoscopy reports
User :   basically I am new in Bangalore so I haven't had any exp of doctors here
