secondary to alcohol consumption and smoking

Start of with mild exercises

heavy exercises can increase the gastritis initially]

User :   i guess you are right .. I would like to tell you that my timings have changed in the office.. I am now working in afternoon shifts.. and this problem started in that timeframe only when this change of timings occoured

This test may have to be done after an examination if the symptoms persists.
Doctor :
Do you have any other query?\
User :   yes..
Doctor :
please proceed.
User :   please enlighten me on what quantity of alcohol is not considered bad for health
Doctor :   For a male more than two servings of alcohol is not considered safe.
Doctor :
Any thing above this can cause effects on the liver?
User :   Well... i would like to be specific...Do you mean two small pegs of whiskey?
Doctor :
Have you followed?
Doctor :
Yes.
User :   and how often.. as in.. How many times in a week is allowed?
Doctor :   Its per day.
Doctor :
And these statistic reports vary in different individuals.
User :   yes i understand that...
Doctor :   And these are not guide marks
Doctor :
So generally you can take it as mot more than two servings and not nore than twice a week
Doctor :
for an average man
User :   But sir.. I rarely consume whiskey.. I mostly drink beer.. even during winters.. is it the same on 'evilness' level?
Doctor :   I am not very sure of the percentage of alcohol in beer.
User :   beers are just 8% of alcohol as compared to whiskey with 43%
Doctor :
And how much beer do you drink in a day?
User :   its like 1 bottle which is 650 ml
Doctor :   Like when you consider two servings these are in the diluted form.
User :   in parties maximum is 2 bottles which is 1300 ml
Doctor :
So if you consider two small pegs of whisky that may come to one bottle of beer.
User :   hmm
Doctor :   SO i would say not more than 1 bottle of beer and not more than twice a week
User :   okay...
User :   fine..
User :   one more thing
Doctor :
This has to start decreasing as the age progresses
Doctor :
as there may be other factors developing that can add on to the effects of alcohol causing the liver problems.
User :   i find it rather stupid to ask... but i know ciggarrates are bad.. but i find them hard to quit.. is there any limitations on ciggarates too so that it may not affect health?
Doctor :   There are no reports as to say the limit os smoking
Doctor :   even cigarrete per day on long term can cause problems.
Doctor :
I meant one cigarette per day
Doctor :
Have you followed?
User :   yes
Doctor :
Do you have any other query?
User :   is there any way i can quit smoking?
Doctor :
Yes there are.
User :   please elaborate
Doctor :
the means of quiting smoking can be in the form of behavioural modifications
Doctor :
and in the form of medications.
User :   please brief me on that
Doctor :   for details on the behavioral modifications i shall give you a link.
Doctor :
WWW.WWWW.WW Doctor :   You can go through this.
Doctor :
I shall mention about the medical part.
User :   hmm
Doctor :
The medical drugs are of two varieties.
Doctor :
1. is nicotinic drugs
Doctor :   some of them are like the nicotinic patches and nicotinic gums.
User :   ok
Doctor :   2. is the non nicotinic drugs
Doctor :
these are like oral medications given through a course of period.
Doctor :
The second variety is not available in india.
User :   okays
User :   fine
Doctor :   The medical treatment of either form is only secondary to the behavioural modifications as suggested.
