Doctor :   may i know your age please ?
User :   42
Doctor :   and since how long and how much have you been smoking?
User :   probably on and off with 15 years,i intend too quit tommorow,i hope,i also suffer anxiety
Doctor :   ok and these symptoms you have mentioned since how long you having them ?
User :   my job was physical always, now my job is sitting, and a few months after i started this sitting job, maybe a year
Doctor :   ok now what you are experiencing could be a condition called as Buerger Disease
Doctor :   The condition is strongly associated with heavy tobacco use, and progression of the disease is closely linked to continued use.
User :   that is?
Doctor :   the sensitivity to cold
Doctor :   and numbness in the fingers
User :   im sure the answer is quit and exercise?
Doctor :   its a disease where your arteries start to degenerate
Doctor :   and yes you need to REALLY quit
Doctor :   its a serious condition and you should also get your self examined
User :   thats it their in the bin
Doctor :   but its reversible
Doctor :   i am glad you are quitting
Doctor :   Absolute discontinuation of tobacco use is the only strategy proven to prevent the progression of Buerger disease. Smoking as few as 1 or 2 cigarettes daily, using chewing tobacco, or even using nicotine replacements may keep the disease active
