User :   I have an issue , every night when i try to sleep i get some kind of heavy ness in my leg

User :   No smoking but i am an occational drinker

User :   means in a month about 4 6 days i drink but not more than 2 pegs

Doctor :   After going through the description provided by you, I feel that the symptoms might be due to muscular cramps in the leg might be the calf muscles.

Doctor :   It would be better to see a General surgeon as it has to be diagnosed and few investigations like Colour doppler of the lower limbs might be done.
