sleep is also not regular some-days - 8-10 hours sleep and some days 6 only
5 days + 3-4 hours on sat sun

no fixed time
it is after 12 midnight
sometimes 1 am and 2am

Ok Mr. XXXXXXX I have got a short history of your condition. Now let me explain.
First, imagine any machine or computer which has to run continuously. Surely the hardware is going to take its toll. yes, we can run it continuously. but then, it is called abusing the machine.
Our body is very very very hi-tech machine which could not be replicated in anyway till now, with science at so much of heights.
Still, if it is abused, surely the hardware shows malfunctioning.
Our body repairs our system automatically every day, while you sleep.
And the most favourable time for that is after around 12 midnight.
Now, let us see it this way.
Why are we working?
To live properly.
But, work should not overtake your life.
If it is crossing that limit, there are only two options.
Either let the work abuse your body, mind and spirit to it's extremes, or change the work.
If not changing the work, at least change the times of work.
We cannot say, that our work is made in a irregular fashion.
We are the one's responsible for taking it up that way in the first place.
So, now, let me show you what all problems you are facing.

Now, how can you correct the problems what I mentioned.
1. Sleep timing and duration.
It has to be a regular effort from your side.
see i try to sleep at 11 but cannt sleep what to do
Either, you are taking work to home/ bed.
or you are spending time on TV/ Movies/ Mobile after going to bed.
If any of the above is done, the mind keeps itself awake.
You will need to avoid them after, say around 9 pm
hmm ...you are telling the truth
Make sure you keep them away.
I can promise you TV/ mobiles have taken 60% of our life's precious moments.
yes , agree with you ..i play games at night to make me sleep- temple run ,so addicted to it
Finish your work, take a relaxing walk or exercise in the evening for around 30 minutes.

Come home, take a refreshing shower.
Finish your phone calls by 9 PM.
Switch of the lights by 10 PM.
Relax your mind and lie on the bed.
Do not think of work or anything else in the bed.
No body knows what happens next.
So let the future take its course.
You remain calm and then, go to sleep.
Morning still, you can wake up at 6 or 7.

Just make a resolution that you are going to enjoy your life.
So make it worth it.
So enjoy the beautiful mornings daily.
Take a walk or jog.
So you can be more attentive in your work.
And do it enthusiastically.
Keep your office in the office.
Do not take it home.
