User :   Last 5 days I have been feeling little heavy in my left upper chest region.

User :   Also at times when i pick up my daughter, it aggravates with little discomfort
Doctor :   May I ask you a few questions pertaining to your problem ?
User :   Yes
Doctor :   May I know your age, gender, height and weight please ?
User :   age 30, height 173 cms, male, 76 kgs
Doctor :   May I know since when you are having this problem ?
User :   last 5 days. also there is more flatulence than normal
Doctor :   Ok.
Doctor :   Do you have acidity or gastritis ?in the past ?
User :   YEs in the post I had acidity problems.
Doctor :   This can be one bout of gastritis or acidity.
Doctor :   May I know if you consume alcohol or so you smoke ?
Doctor :   Do you have work stress or irregular food timings ?
User :   I dont smoke. Alcohol once in 15 days around 2 pegs
Doctor :   Do you have masala or oily or fatty or junk food ?
User :   I was having a lot of tea (around 7-8 cups) , just cut in last 2 daysand food timing vary occassionaly

Doctor :   That is a good step.
User :   Oily foods yes, Eating lch out daily.
Doctor :   Please follow the following steps : Doctor :   1. Have warm water-honey in the morning.
Doctor :   2. drink at least 6 lts of water daily
Doctor :   3. Please switch over to green tea , than coffee-tea.
Doctor :   4. have loys of fruits, veggies, juices in the berak fast
Doctor :   5. have less oily diet if you are having food outside, like veg.sandwich
Doctor :   6.have grilled non-veg food instead of fries and masalas
Doctor :   7. In case of lot of trouble, like today , have cold milk shake, or lassi.
Doctor :   8. If it is more have ENO
Doctor :   9. for long term decrease in flatulence have Gasex syrup every day before lunch half spoon and before dinner half spoon .

Doctor :   I would advise you to get a Endoscopy done to rule out any major gastritis or ulcer
Doctor :   Do oyu have anything else to ask ?
User :   Ok. Thanks. Just one more point, this heaviness is not continous but keeps coming when movement happens, or wights picke up (holding my daughter). hope this would not be of concern
Doctor :   Do you have any discomfort while walking or doing any exercise or at slight exertion ?
User :   yes on picking weight, but not otherwise. Keeps coming from time to time
Doctor :   Ok.
Doctor :   Have you got your blood pressure checked anytime recently ?
Doctor :   or ECG done ?
User :   Around 6 month back got BP done It was normal. No ECG done recently
Doctor :   Ok.
Doctor :   I feel that it is an acidity problem, but according to the protocol it is mandatory to rule out cardiaC problem by GETTING AN ECG done.
Doctor :   It is a rule of book.
Doctor :   so please get an ECG done, if no problem in ECG, then for sure it is a Gastric issue.

Doctor :   but chances are 95 to 5 for gastritis to cardiac problem.
