Heat bubbles or heat rashes is usually the effects of increased sweating combined with
the effects of normal bacteria on the skin.
Yes, you have heard right.
i sweat a lot when i workout in gym
i carry a water bottle to avoid dehidration
I understand; so the best method to avoid heat rashes is using good antiperspirant.
Could you plz explain
Use talcum powder every day or may be before you work out.
Use a good sweat absorbing clothing. Cotton fabrics are good choice.
Avoid very tight clothing's they can aggravate the effects of sweat. Use loose ones.
i use cotton t shirt and it would as if i got drenched once im done with workout
is there any other measures i can take or methods to over come this
have been having this issue only from last 2months
The idea is to take all measures to absorb sweat as soon as possible.
Will sure take care of that, is there something i can do now to over come the current itching sense
troubles me a lot
on the affected area.
will there be any side effects when these products used
I think you can keep the last option aside for now and try one of the above.
It should take care of itching and rashes effectively.
These products are not known to causing severe side effects; but before you apply them regularly
test small quantity on a small area of skin
If you do not develop any symptoms for 5-10 minutes
you will not have any side effects.
Have you followed?
Yes doc, i did follow it... will sure give that a try
And make sure you use good antiperspirants
next time before work out
and at all times.
Do you have any other query?
That will be all, thank you so much doc
You are welcome.
Thanks for consulting me.
Bye for now.
