User :   Hi, my father having heart problem. As per his angiography report and Doctor, main artery is ok.

Doctor :   angioplasty is a procedure where a small incision is made at the thigh regoin to access the femaral vessel and a guide wire is passed to reach the heart vessels
Doctor :   then the vessels are made to dilate and then stents are inserted if neded to keep them dilated , and stents also are medicated
Doctor :   in bypass , it is a major surgery
Doctor :   the incision is made on the chest region /sternum and the heart vessels reacheed
