Doctor:Let me brief you.
Doctor:Mycardial infarction presents with sudden onset chest pain radiating to other regions including shoulder.
Doctor:But since he is feeling better after vicks application
Doctor:most probably the shoulder pain could be a muscular ache and not heart related.
Doctor:Drowsiness can occur in diabetic patients whenever sugar levels go down.
Doctor:It improves with intake of food/sugar.
Doctor:Without a means to examine your father, I cannot predict if the drowsiness is because of such hypoglycemic event or other cause.
Doctor:What ever the cause is, since your father is feeling better now,
Doctor:there is nothing to be worried.
User:does in heart patient whenever pain accours in upper body region, will it be consider XXXXXXX if it persists
User:and if it comes and goes is it consider safe
Doctor:If episodes of drowsiness recur, then i recommend consulting your doctor to check his blood sugar and other vital signs.
User:vital signs?
Doctor:Pain in the upper body region can occur due to various causes.
Doctor:Heart related pain occurs typically with chest pain - acute immense pain and is usually accompanied with co-existing symptoms such as radiation to the shoulder/limbs, sweating, palpitation, breathing difficulty and so on.
Doctor:If such associated complaints occur along with chest pain you can suspect it to be heart related.
Doctor:Have you followed?
Doctor:Do you have any other query?
User:and like in this case it is consider safe then
Doctor:Yes, it looks safe. The pain is most like a muscular ache.
Doctor:Do you have any other query?
User:no doctor
Doctor:Thanks for consulting me.
Doctor:Bye for now.
