User :   I did a Tympanopasty on xxxx, Now I can hear some sounds while I am swallowing my salaiva

User :   Is there any problem?
User :   I am 30 years old and my height is 5.8 feet and weight is 85 kg.
User :   I am married

Doctor :   Is there any problem with hearing now?
User :   I feel some uneasiness
Doctor :   Do you have any cold, cough or nose block?
User :   no
Doctor :   Is there any pain?
User :   No, but I feel soe discharge

Doctor :   There is probably nothing to worry as there is no pain or hearing problem.
Doctor :   Did you go for a post-operative check up?
User :   Yes. The doctor told me that there is some blood clotting on my ear-drum.
Doctor :   For what was the surgery performed? Was there infection of the ear or ruptured ear drum?
Doctor :   The blood clot will spontaneously resolve with time.
User :   One a beetle entered in to my ear and the drum got damaged.
Doctor :   Ok
Doctor :   What colour is the discharge?
User :   It is not that much. Some times I can feel something wet.
Doctor :   The sounds are nothing to worry, they will subside on their own. You need to follow these precautions meanwhile,
Doctor :   Keep your ear dry while it's healing by using a cotton ball while bathing.
User :   ok
Doctor :   Do not try to clean your ears during the healing process.
User :   ok
Doctor :   Avoid blowing your nose as it may disturb the healing process

User :   Can I swim?
Doctor :   Not at least for a couple of months till the ear has completely healed.
User :   ok
Doctor :   You should go for regular check ups and watch out for signs like
Doctor :   increased ear discharge, pain or fever.
