User :   well, i want to know your opinion about food intake which provides sufficient nutrients and keeps body in a healthy balanced fit .....
User :   lemme tell u my regime ....
User :   for breakfast, i take 2 slices of bread with coffee .....
User :   lunch involves rice with two to three types of veggies ......
User :   dinner includes rice with dal, 3 veggies .......
User :   i do take fruits frequently .... one or two apples a day and banana sometimes ....
User :   however, i am not sure about its oil content, but i guess its of limited quantity
User :   all i want to know is ..... what are the food ingredients which gives body a perfect fit to remain slim and healthy .... and thereby not giving rise to fat components .... /
