User :   this is the first time im trying this online consultation..

User :   well.. i've been gettin severe headaches
User :   recently..

User :   headache comes in all of a sudden..
User :   just like.. a needle is pokin in the brain
User :   on the right side

User :   and also.. im feeling sme buzz kinda sound in my ears... not exactly a buzz..

User :   no doc.. nothn.. its comes all of a sudden..

i will suggest you a few things
User :   and sometimes i can feel it on the entire right side of my face

1. use paracetamol tablets when having severe headache

2. note down the timings of headache and activities at the time of headache
Doctor :   such that you can avoid those activities that precipitate it

3. you can do a few muscle relaxing exercises
User :   may i ask, why am i getting pain only on the right side ?

4. avoid choclates, they are known to precipitate headache

User :   and is there anything u suggest for the hissing / buzzing sound in my ears.. ?

5. rest in cool dark room, with ice pack on eyes

you might be probably having migraine

and the hissing sound is associated with that
User :   oh.. but i get it all the time

if none of these help you, get an examination done for the headache to find the root cause
User :   can i do anything to get rid of it?

you can meet a ENT specialist also and get the examination done for the hissing sound
User :   coz in complete silence.. that sound is pretty annoying in the ears

User :   like a brain tumor?

yes, with continued repeated headaches, with no apparent cause and relief with medications may point to this
