User :   I have been getting a lot of headaches lately on the left side or my head. its all over basically but the most pain is on my left side. my right arm has also been twitching for about a week now. I am aware that the left hemisphere of the brain controls the right side of the body. What could this be. I have never had headaches in my life

Doctor :   since when you have been having these headaches ?
User :   for maybe about a month now
Doctor :   may i know your age and gender please
User :   male 20 yrs old
Doctor :   is it a throbbing type headache ?
User :   yes.. n it gets worse if i bend down
User :   they last for about an hr to an hr n a half
Doctor :   any visual changes when you have these headaches
User :   and my right tricep has been twitching for about a week now as well. and not really any vison changes.
Doctor :   are you having any stress lately ?
User :   no. none at all
Doctor :   any medications ?
Doctor :   do you consume alcohol ?
User :   no
User :   neither drugs nor alcohol

Doctor :   well at your age group the reasons can be few
User :   meaning?????
Doctor :   Migraine headache or Cluster headache

User :   no no allergies at all either. does it have anything to do with the twitching at all???

Doctor :   so how long do these headaches last ?
Doctor :   do they come at a specific time ?
User :   ok. well no i have no allergies and they last from an hour up to 2 hours
User :   no they happen throughout the entire day
Doctor :   ok now do the following
Doctor :   Eat a ripe apple with little salt in morning on an empty stomach continuously for a week
Doctor :   oiling fresh ginger or dried ginger powder in water. Inhale it to relieve the headache
Doctor :   **boiling
Doctor :   Lemon is a very beneficial natural remedy for headache
Doctor :   Lemon crusts should be pounded into a fine paste in a mortar and applied as plaster on the forehead.
User :   ok
Doctor :   Prepare a paste by adding little water to 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and apply it locally.
User :   should i get any mri or ct scans at all
Doctor :   also do these things
Doctor :   Take proper rest in a quiet room with dim light
Doctor :   Take enough sleep at night
Doctor :   Have your eyesight checked
Doctor :   Do not take spices, condiments, sour buttermilk, and oily foodstuffs
Doctor :   Avoid red meat, nuts, and chocolate
User :   i just recently had an eye exam
Doctor :   do these for about 5 days
Doctor :   and then if it persists then you can go for a CT scan
Doctor :   but i am sure these will benifit you

Doctor :   at your young age its usually not a major issue but if the headaches persists then a examination is must
