Any advice?
Doctor :   Hi
Doctor :   let me read
User :   hello
Doctor :   may i know your age and gender
User :   female age 27
Doctor :   from when your are experiencing these symptoms ?
User :   randomly thru out the can happen while I sit at my desk and work or while cooking or folding laundry
User :   the shaking only happens at night while lieing down to go to sleep
Doctor :   from when ? from how many days ?
User :   it has been going on for the last 3months to currently had these sympotms today
Doctor :   which was the first symptom to start ?
User :   headaches and muscle spasms
Doctor :   describe me about the headache, like how it is ? which part of the head ? aggravating factors?
User :   headaches are at the front of my forehead and at base of my head on a scale of one to ten I would say pain from them is a 8...there are no aggravating factors I wake up with them and go to bed with them..I have tried every over the counter med there is and no relief
Doctor :   dizziness is this brought by a specific position of the head while lying down ? how does the dizziness aborts ?
User :   no position brings it on but it feels worse when I lie on my back...nothing I know of makes it stops because when I starts I can't move I can't talk....all I can do is lay there and wait for it to end
Doctor :   did you suffer an head injury in the past ?
User : falls or car accidents no sports of any kind
Doctor :   any inner ear infections in the past ?
User :   not in the last 10 years
Doctor :   do you have any family history of migraine headache ?
User :   no
Doctor :   what tests have been done till date for the present problems ?
User :   ct scan...MRI....ex-rays and EKG
User :   all were normal
Doctor :   ok
User :   which is why all the doctors think im crazy
Doctor :   any audiometer tests ?
Doctor :   ear tests ?
User :   such as hearing test?
User :   no they have not tested my hearing but they did send me to the eye doctor and I got glasses 2months ago still no relief from that
Doctor :   have you consulted a neurologist ?
User :   yes I was reffered to one that did the CT and MRI and standard touch all your fingers and toes tests all were normal he diagnoised migraine gave me pain meds which don't help and reffered me to a pych doctor said I was depressed
Doctor :   ok
User :   I have no history of depression nor do I feel unhappy or have I lost interest in my normal activities I would love to be able to do them I just physically can not
Doctor :   relax do not get irritated with the word depression and referral to psychiatrist
Doctor :   let me explain
Doctor :   the diagnosis of migraine and associate with it the dizziness is more a clinical entity
Doctor :   meaning all your investigation like ct MRI, EKG all are will be normal
Doctor :   they all are done to rule out any structural disease.
Doctor :   migraine can bring about the dizziness and dizziness in turn worsen the migraine headache
Doctor :   this is a vicious cycle
Doctor :   you are not crazy
User :   but that does not explain the tingeling in feet and my hand or the un-controlable muscle spasm
Doctor :   yes it does they do give muscle spasms at times.
Doctor :   and this strong muscle contractions also can bring the headache
User :   so then there is nothing that can be done for this
User :   and I will just have to live this way?
Doctor :   yes there is a treatment option for this and it needs time and patience
Doctor :   have you been put on any medications ?
User :   three months of treatment with Imatrex and a baby asprin every day to thin my blood this has not helped me
Doctor :   do not expect cure or complete remission of symptoms for the ailment you are suffering from
Doctor :   it takes some time meaning some months
Doctor :   only medications do not help
Doctor :   it is the combination of medicines and occupational and behavioral modifications along with councelling and CBT
Doctor :   that will help you
Doctor :   and it may take few months for the effect to show off along with the medicines
