User :   Well Im having massive headaches and im so warm all the time

User :   since after i had my c-section

User :   well today I got beat red and felt like my face was on fire and i got a little bit of a headache but it didnt last long
User :   and its not my whole body that gets warm its my face and ears

User :   im wondering if its my hormone levels, because my last period was a lot of blood and clotting and im now im losing all the hair I would of lost during pregnancy now.
User :   They tried water pills for high blood pressure but ive been taking them and getting dizzy and when I got home i tested my blood pressure and it was really low

User :   3-4 handfuls
User :   the last period I had I bled so heavily I had to change pads every 20-25 minutes and then after seven days it went away and then 2 days later I started spotting

Because you do not have menstrual cycles till about 8 months post delivery?
User :   my doctor said my periods should be normal by now

User :   and to have one more period and if i still bleed to much then we will see
