Doctor :   From this far without a physical examination, it is difficult to pinpoint the cause of the condition,
Doctor :   however based on your description symptoms the following conditions are probably responsible
Doctor :   1. Chronic headache of unknown cause
Doctor :   2. Stress or tension related headaches
Doctor :   3. Muscular pain
Doctor :   These 3 are more likely to be causing the pain,
Doctor :   however if I have to review my literature such kind of headaches are also possible in conditions such as sphenoidal sinusitis and refractory errors.
Doctor :   It is a hard task differentiating which among these could be the possible causes.
Doctor :   Hence my suggestions to you are
Doctor :   1. You can use Tab Dolo 650m,g one tablet or Tablet Ibuprofen 400mg for pain relief
Doctor :   2. Check your current blood pressure readings
Doctor :   (blood pressure fluctuations can also induce similar headaches)
Doctor :   3. Good and adequate rest
Doctor :   4. Regular diet.
Doctor :   5. With these changes I expect your headaches to reduce.
Doctor :   However, if the headache persists or if your blood pressure is high,
Doctor :   you will need to consult a doctor.
Doctor :   A physical examination and other investigations may be needed.
