User:Hi, yesterday suddenly in evening I started feeling my head go round (mildly), along with sweating and strech in neck and mild fealing of nausea. I also had flue symptoms few days back along with sense of vacum in right year. The situation become ok in about 40 mins and is completly gone after night sleep, though there is still some streching/pain in neck

User:its a sort of strech where I alwaz feel like streching my neck or getting it massaged
Doctor:You mentioned the symptoms lasted for 40 minutes. Were you feeling the rotation sensation (vertigo) throughout the 40 minutes or was it intermittent episodes lasting for 40 minutes?
User:I was in car and i was feeling a sense of rotation in my head, I was feeling that i might be difficult for me to cross the road once i get down of car
User:bt nothing to that sort happen
User:there was uneassiness but still my senses were working fine
User:AC was on in car and still I was feeling uneassiness/sweatng
Doctor:I understand that, but I would like to know if you have intermittent episodes of rotation say for every few minutes - you become alright - then it starts again. Was the symptoms such intermittent episode lasting for 40 minutes or

Doctor:Have you had similar symptoms in the past?
Doctor:Do you smoke or drink alcohol?
User:I don't clearly remember but I think something similar to this happen about 2 months back
User:yes I smoke an drink
User:not sure if those were same symptomps or some of them

Doctor:The dizzy spell, nausea and the accompanied symptom more likely was a benign episode. The description is something like a benign vertigo.
Doctor:This condition occurs due to unknown reasons. It is precipitated by recent ear inflammation.
Doctor:Since you have a recent ear issue, that may have precipitated.

User:So what I have to do now?
Doctor:It can also occur due to some medicines; alcohol and smoking. I hope you did not smoke or drink before this episode.
Doctor:If you do not have the dizziness and nausea any more
Doctor:you need not be investigated or treated.
User:Well I smoke as regularly do, I think I have smoked about 2 hrs before this and no alchol in last 24 hours

User:Bt neck is still not wel
User:Can it be something to do with Cervical also?
Doctor:The condition will definitely need further investigation if dizziness and nausea does recur very frequently.
Doctor:The stretch symptoms that you describe doesn't match any serious organic medical problem.
Doctor:Perhaps this may just be a minor neck muscle pull.
User:Also, just can you also define me as what your describe as dizziness
Doctor:You can just try local anti-inflammatory measures.
User:Bt neck is not a yesterday issue
User:Its almost there forever
Doctor:Warm compresses or topical pain relief - volini spray or relaxyl spray on the affected area
