User:I am aged 30, I have a feeling of reeling head from past 2 days
User:I cannot tell it is exactly "reeling head"

User:but when I raise my head or turn suddenly I feel like as if someone has rang the bell inside my head "dimmmmmmmmmmmmmm"

User:last week I had to travel to too many places in 3 days and I had a function also. I could not sleep well for a night
User:I am not sure is it because of the strain
