Doctor:How can I help you?
User:I am having tooth pain
User:and it's also little bleeding while doing tooth brush
User:what should I do..
Doctor:May I know your age?
Doctor:Since when do you have these problems?
User:from the past two days
Doctor:Where exactly is this pain?
Doctor:Is there any kind of swelling in the gums/jaw?
User:in my Jaw
Doctor:Are you running fever / any mouth odour?
Doctor:It seems you have an tooth / gum inflammation - probably due to caries / cavity.
User:but I also don't have cavity
User:but my gums are going up
Doctor:Inflammed gums can be caused by infection which could be associated with tooth problems. Offcourse, I cannot confirm it without an examination.
Doctor:I would suggest you to try antiinflammatory analgesics like Tab. Dolo 650mg twice or thrice a day depending on the severity of pain.
Doctor:Use soft bristle tooth brush.
Doctor:In addition chlorhexidine mouth gargles twice a day and one multivitamin for a week can be taken.
Doctor:Watch the progress of symptoms.
User:ok but I don't have any pain
Doctor:You will need to consult a dentist if pain worsens or you develop bad mouth odour or fever or swelling.
Doctor:You mean it is better now or you do not have any tooth pain at all?
User:I don't have pain at all but it bleed
User:while brushing
Doctor:* My initial opinion was based on the fact that you had tooth ache/jaw ache as you reported initially.
Doctor:If what you have is just some bleeding while brushing
Doctor:this could be related to gingivitis.
Doctor:Gingivitis is associated with unhealthy gums, vitamin deficiency or any recent fever.
Doctor:Brushing with soft bristles, applying salt on the affected areas and using multivitamin like Cap Zivit once a day for 10 days will reduce this problem.
User:so what cure I should take
Doctor:In addition brush your teeth twice a day and floss them once a day.
Doctor:Despite these measures if bleeding persists, then we need to rule out specific vitamin deficiencies or bleeding disorders.
Doctor:Have you followed?
Doctor:Do you have any other query?
User:not now
User:thanks for your advice
Doctor:Thanks for consulting me.
Doctor:Bye for now.
